Booking & Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date for residential bookings. Full payment is due by the Friday before your event. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event require full payment upfront.

Rental Duration

All rentals are all-day rentals. Equipment is typically delivered in the morning before your event and picked up the following day. Saturday rentals include Sunday pickup at no additional charge.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery, professional setup, and safety anchoring are included with every rental. You must provide:

A flat, clear area matching the required setup space for your unit
Access to a standard 110V outdoor electrical outlet within 50 feet
A water hose connection within 50 feet (for water slides and wet-use units)
Clear path for equipment to be carried to the setup area

Safety & Supervision

An adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times during use. Jump & Jam provides setup, safety instructions, and takedown. The renter is responsible for supervising participants during the event. Follow all posted safety rules and weight/age limits.

Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. We offer free rescheduling for inclement weather (rain, high winds, storms) if initiated before equipment setup. If weather becomes unsafe after setup, we will work with you to reschedule. Inflatables cannot be operated in winds exceeding 20 mph or during rain, lightning, or storms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: full refund minus the $100 deposit. Cancellations within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 6 months. No-shows are non-refundable.

Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes punctures, tears, burns, paint, silly string, or excessive soiling. Jump & Jam carries $2 million in general liability insurance. We can provide certificates of insurance for venues, schools, and churches upon request.

Setup Surfaces

Inflatables can be set up on grass, dirt, or concrete. Stakes are used on grass; sandbags are used on hard surfaces. We cannot set up on slopes, near power lines, or on wet/muddy ground that poses a safety risk.
