Question 1

How much does it cost to rent a bounce house in St. Louis?

Accepted Answer

Starting one-day prices range from $175 to $325. Each rental page shows its base price; delivery and applicable tax are calculated in the booking system from your event details.

Question 2

Do you charge more on weekends or holidays?

Accepted Answer

No. We use one simple all-day price every day of the year — no weekend markup, no holiday surcharge, no surprise fees.

Question 3

How do I book a rental?

Accepted Answer

You can book online through our website, or call/text us at (314) 788-3483 for a quick quote. We respond to all inquiries within an hour during business hours.

Question 4

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Residential bookings use a $50 deposit. Non-residential events use a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before delivery.

Question 5

Do you offer same-day bounce house rentals?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, depending on the delivery schedule and remaining units. Text us at (314) 788-3483 with your event address, time, and preferred unit so we can confirm manually.

Question 6

Can I get same-day pickup instead of next-morning pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day pickup before 5 PM is +$50, pickup from 5–7 PM is +$150, and events ending after 7 PM use overnight or next-day pickup. Timing is confirmed with your quote.

Question 7

How does 2-day pricing work?

Accepted Answer

A 2-day rental is exactly 1.5x the 1-day price — so booking two days back-to-back is significantly cheaper than booking two separate single days. Check each unit page for its 2-day price.

Question 8

What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to Florissant, North St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and surrounding cities including Hazelwood, Ferguson, Bridgeton, Maryland Heights, Overland, and more. Check our Service Areas page for the full list.

Question 9

How is delivery priced?

Accepted Answer

Delivery cost is calculated from your event address in the booking system. Professional setup and safety anchoring are part of the service.

Question 10

How long does the rental last?

Accepted Answer

All rentals are all-day rentals. We deliver early on your event day and pick up the next day. Saturday rentals include Sunday pickup at no additional cost.

Question 11

What do I need to have ready for setup?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a flat, clear area matching the unit's space requirements, access to a 110V outdoor outlet within 50 feet, and a water hose connection for water slides. We handle everything else.

Question 12

Can you set up on concrete or a driveway?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can set up on grass, dirt, or concrete. On hard surfaces, we use sandbag anchoring instead of stakes.

Question 13

Are your inflatables clean and sanitized?

Accepted Answer

Every inflatable is commercially cleaned and sanitized with a 3-step process after each rental. We take hygiene seriously — your kids play on clean equipment.

Question 14

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we carry $2 million in general liability insurance. We can provide certificates of insurance for schools, churches, and venues upon request.

Question 15

What age groups can use the inflatables?

Accepted Answer

Most units are designed for ages 3–14. Each product page lists the recommended age range. Adult supervision is always required.

Question 16

Do you provide attendants or supervisors?

Accepted Answer

We handle delivery, setup, and safety instructions. The renter provides supervision during the event. We give you clear safety guidelines and best practices.

Question 17

What if it rains on my event day?

Accepted Answer

We offer free rescheduling for inclement weather if you contact us before equipment setup. Safety is our top priority.

Question 18

Can inflatables be used in wind?

Accepted Answer

Inflatables cannot be operated in winds exceeding 20 mph. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule.

Question 19

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and weather options are shown in the authoritative rental agreement during your quote. Contact us before setup if weather may affect your event.
